Qualifications & Experience
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Promotion and Master of Art Degree in Human Services with specialization in Health and Wellness from Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. I also have a Mental Health Coach Certification, Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification, and Digestive Health Certification. I’ve been coaching clients since 2014.
My Call to Christian Coaching
After college, I ended up in higher education, specifically with accreditation and compliance for allied health colleges. I realized how much I love learning and felt called to find a way that I could help others improve their health, faith, and life. I completed a certification in digestive health and fitness nutrition and started a personal coaching practice.
Through a variety of personal hardships, God allowed me to see how beautifully He created our bodies to work in sync with mind, body, soul, reliant on Him. From these life experiences, I felt God leading me to help Christian women with their “total health” – mind, body, and soul. So I started coaching using Scripture as the foundation with physical health and nutrition. Then, as my passions continued, I started a Christian Leadership Coach Training Program to help people learn coaching and also how to integrate their faith, health, and communication, and lead a life for Him.
More About Me/On a Personal Note
I’m a forever learner, and I love learning more and more about personal growth, leadership, or anything related to our health. Having grown up in Ohio and living in California, one of my personal interests and greatest gratitude involves anything with the beach or being outdoors. I’m very passionate about community and highly involved with women’s ministries and events that bring people together.
