I’ve been in your shoes in the past, seeking to find help from a Christian counselor – yet all I found were people who relied on their label as a Christian and their knowledge of science to counsel. This led me to strive to be more, with God’s help. Through my professional training, I sought to find out how the Bible informs our mental health and psychological well-being so I could give my clients a solid foundation of truth to use against any of their mental health and relational challenges.
